Kassel and nationwide – Specialist market areas approx. 800 – 1,600 sqm in cities with 10,000 inhabitants or more – Retail space approx. 800 – 1,500 sqm in cities with 25,000 inhabitants or more – Supermarket about 2,500 – 5,000 sqm in cities with 30,000 inhabitants – Supermarket about 6,000 square meters in cities from 10,000 inhabitants – Plots for gas stations from 1,500 square meters, car frequency 15,000 / day – Frequency-rich specialized market area approx. 800 – 1,200 in cities with 40,000 inhabitants or more – Hannover + Fulda, fitness club areas approx. 1,700 – 2,500 sqm – Retail space for furniture store, at least 4,000 square meters retail in the collection of at least 50,000 households
