The Nassauische Heimstätte / Wohnstadt group of companies bought the city in December 2017 from an area of around 6,600 m2 in the Fasanenhof district. Here are to develop 77 freely financed rented flats. A total of around 19 million euros will flow into the project. Already at the beginning of December, the group bought a piece of land in Kassel’s “Martini-Quartier”, where 46 apartments and two commercial units are to be built in the next few years. Investments of 12.5 million euros are planned here. In total, the group is investing more than 30 million euros in new construction projects in Kassel over the next few years.
