The Leipzig-based company RE / SA Grundbesitz has leased 880 square meters in its project development Friedrichsplatz 2-3 in Kassel to the burger grill chain Peter Pane from Lübeck. The project involves the conversion and expansion of an existing commercial building. With the recent completion, the total of around 2,000 sqm of rental space is fully occupied. Main tenant remains the medical practice center Friedrichsplatz, which is already resident since 2012 in the existing object. The expansion area of the practice center was completed in autumn 2017, Peter Pane will open his restaurant in the third quarter of 2018.
