The spacious office building with approx. 13 floors with approx. 20,000 sqm of building space in the city of Kassel was acquired by a project developer. The long-term tenant Agentur für Arbeit will move into a new building and leave the building. In the environment and the location, project developments for e.g. the Fraunhofer Institute, residential complex for students, job centers, etc. executed.
