At Hannoversche Straße in Niestetal the residential quarter “Sonnenallee” will be built by the end of 2019. A total of six residential buildings are to be built on the site with approx. 9600 sqm. 112 new apartments are currently being built on Hannoversche Strasse in the district of Sandershausen in Niestetal – in the immediate vicinity of the solar technology manufacturer SMA.
