The real estate fund of an Austrian private bank acquired the property Wolfhager Straße 54 in Kassel. The modern office building with approx. 8,160 m² of building space and 120 parking spaces is occupied by the Jobcenter for the long term. The job center moved into new space in December 2018. On the part of the owner, a purchase price of Euro 26,000,000 is given.
