A total of four properties with approximately 22,642 sqm of building space leased by the state of Hesse were located at Hofgeismar (Manteuffel facility), Homberg (police department August Vilmar-Straße), Wetzlar (authority center Schanzfeldstraße and Georg-Friedrich-Händel-Straße) acquired by Fastighes. The average remaining lease term is 10 years. The net initial yield should be above 5%.
